The showcased projects highlight beautiful art deco details such as doors, windows, frames, lift enclosures, balustrades, screens and grilles, and shop fronts. The examples are from a variety of interiors: the Queen Mary observation lounge and cocktail bar, the staircase in De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill-on-Sea (architects Mendehlsohn & Chermayeff); or the air conditioning grille in the Broadcast House in Johannesburg.
