An explanation of what ‘modern’ architecture is all about, describing also the stages by which it has reached its present degree of development. With plans and diagrams and forty-eight pages of gravure illustrations.

The text is in English. The book has been richly illustrated with black-and-white photographs and architectural drawings of important case examples.
