hon – en katedral historia by Niki De Saint-Phalle (Moderna Museet 1967) presents De Saint-Phalle’s remarkable exhibition project in Stockholm. The book presents the artistic concept of ‘hon’ (‘she’) and documents the exhibition from construction to demolition.

The text is in Swedish and English. The book is lavishly illustrated with black-and-white photographs, art images and other visual material.

Our copy in stock is in nice condition. The pages of the actual volume, stapled together from five folios, are toned but clean without any markings. The covers, folded from larger poster-like sheets, are worn and somewhat torn, especially on the folds at the spine.  The volume includes an exhibition magazine and a Moderna Museet postcard, which are folded within the sleeve on the front cover.
