Louis I. Kahn Houses 1940–1974 ―ルイス・カーンの全住宅, by Yutaka Saito (Toto 2004), presents twenty private houses designed by the legendary Louis I. Kahn. The book also contains essays on Kahn’s architectural thinking and his ideas of the perfect house written by Yutaka Saito, Hisao Kohyama, and Norman and Doris Fisher.
The text is in English and Japanese. The book is lavishly illustrated with photographs and architectural drawings.
Our copy is in excellent condition. The pages are clean; no markings. The glueing of the binding is fine. The dust jacket shows only minor signs of shelf wear.
