Javier Mariscal (b. 1950) is a Spanish artist-designer who is best known for his colourful graphic work and postmodernist furniture such as the Garriris chair (1987). The Mariscal monograph, published by Taschen in 1992), presents Javier Mariscal’s design portfolio from the mid-1970s to the early 1990s.

The book contains of images of graphics and colour photos of his design works. There is also an introduction written by Guy Julier, and a concise biography. The texts in this book are in English, Spanish, French and German.
