Pejsebogen [Takkakirja | Book of Fireplaces]

Pejseboken is a Danish book about fireplaces from the 1960s. The book has been written by Danish architect Helge Nissen who has also drafted the detail drawings, technical sections and house plans in the book. Pejsebogen consists of examples of traditional fireplaces, fireplace typology, technical drawings and sections of fireplaces and chimneys, and some lovely examples of modern (that is, 1960s style) interiors.

The copy in stock is the 2nd enlarged edition of Pejsebogen. It is in nice condition for its age. The edges of the covers show some wear, and there is some yellowing on the pages. All the pages are attached, however.
