Our copy is the 3rd enlarged edition. This is also the very book that contributed to the international fame of young Alvar Aalto as “the strongest exponent of the combination of standarization with irrationality, so that standardization is no longer master but servant” – in the footsteps of Frank Lloyd Wright. Our product images are from an earlier copy; the copy currently in our stock is in okay condition. The pages show toning but they are clean and there are no tears; there is a signature on the first flyleaf. The binding is fine. The covers are a bit worn, and there is a tear on the spine and it is quite faded. There is no dust jacket.
