The architect’s creative powers turn to the future. All that is being built today in our country is being incorporated into the material substructure of communist society. It is the function of planning to calculate the immediate needs of the future (…) The city embodies the highest achievements of our material and spiritual culture. As an inclusive organisation, it connects residence and factory, past and future, individual and society.
