Post-War Architecture in Greece 1945–1983 (Μεταπολεμική Αρχιτεκτονική στην Ελλάδα 1945–1983), by Orestis B. Doumanis ( Architecture in Greece Press 1984), explores the developments in modern Greek architecture. The introduction is by Alexander Tzonis and Liane Lefaivre.
The Guide to Post-War Architecture in Greece constitutes yet another testimony to the continued existence of architecture in modern Greece during a troubled and transitory period when social conditions would justify its total absence. It is a recognition od the significance of the work of every architect, whether included in this Guide or not, who strive for quality in the midst of a disorganised society in transition.
