A&D Modern Interiors (ed. Santi Triviño & Oscar Mira Vázquez; Instituto Monsa de Ediciones 2006) showcases beautiful modern homes and their furniture.
One of the principal objectives behind this book is to update the modern concept of domestic interiors. To achieve this, a very careful selection has been made of projects which embrace very different locations, concepts and settings and a variety of designs but all with one thing in common: these interiors have been designed for living. This concept, which might initially appear somewhat simplistic, is based on one fundamental idea: domestic interiors should be informal and welcoming, with a family like atmosphere, possibly with an air of sobriety, or a contemporary feel, or even a little of both. Interesting concepts are perceived from apparently insignificant details, carefully chosen materials for and on behalf of the client or even a project of global proportions which speaks for itself. The surrounding architecture, or better said, the architectural environment into which they are integrated, is perceived in terms of an objective which evidently aspires to present itself as modern and contemporary architecture but which also circumscribes to the fact that the interiors presented here have also been created and designed for living.

Our current copy is in very good condition. The pages are clean; no markings. The binding is fine. The bookcase is in fine condition; only some minor signs of shelf wear occur. The actual book is as good as new.
