Architect Sverre Fehn: Intuition – Reflection – Construction is an exhibition catalog of the Norwegian modern master Sverre Fehn (1924–2009) published for the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2008.
The book showcases Sverre Fehn’s major works and discusses his paramount importance as one of the most influential architects of 20th-century Modernism. The authors are Architect Steven Holl, Senior Curator Eva Madshus and Professor Per Olaf Fjeld. The preface is by Allis Helleland, Director of The National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design – the building of which became Fehn’s last architectural work and which also concludes this remarkable catalogue.
The text is in English and the rich illustration consists of large-scale architectural photographs, drawings, sketches and other visual material.
The copy currently in our stock is in good condition except for some signs of wear on the covers and three strange drilling holes through the back cover.
