Danske Huse – Danish Houses (Nyt Nordisk Forlg, Arnold Busck, 1982) presents a selection of single-family houses from the 1970s–1980s. The book has been edited by Holger Tangaa Hansen.
Danish Houses describes 16 single-family houses built in the period 1970–1980, a decade which witnessed major changes in the conditions for building, but during which beautiful and exciting houses were also created. The hoses are shown in the architects’ own drawings, descriptions, and the underlying architectural concepts.
Danish Houses shows works of the architects: Henrik Iversen, Bertel Udsen, Bent Moudt, Niels Brand, Møllen, Box 25, Suensons Tegnestuen, Holger Tanaa Hansen, Jan Utzon, Carla & Axel Jürgensen, Gehrdt Bornebusch, Max Gudksen, Friis & Moltke, Sally Besiakov & Nils Andersen.
