Le Corbusier: Oeuvre complète 1938–1946 (Les Editions d’Architecture Erlenbach-Zurich, 1946, ed. Willy Bœsiger) is a beautiful presentation of Le Corbusier’s works and architectural thinking. Besides project presentations and their descriptions, the book includes interesting texts such as correspondence between Le Corbusier, Oscar Niemeyer and Lucio Costa, and Le Corbusier’s own theoretical writings.
The texts are in French and English. The book has been richly illustrated with black-and-white photographs – also personal – architectural drawings and other visual material of Le Corbusier’s projects, theories and artworks.
The copy in our stock is in good condition. The pages are toned, but they are clean. The binding is fine. The cloth-bound covers show only some small signs of shelf wear and use.
