Mies van der Rohe (Studio Paperback, 1965 / 1972) by Werner Blaser gives a fascinating analysis of the famous details in Rohe’s architecture. Besides a general introduction to Mies van der Rohe’s architectural ideas, the small-sized pocket book presents the detail drawing and the photograph on one spread.
The text is in German and French. The book is illustrated with black-and-white photographs and architectural drawings.
Our copy in stock has seen better days, but it’s still usable. The covers show signs of a water damage; the glueing of the binding is fragile. The pages are clean, although toned on their edges.
