Allan Temko’s Eero Saarinen – Makers of Contemporary Architecture (Prentice-Hall International, 1962) is a concise monograph of the great modernist. The book gives an introduction – “Birth and Death of a Hero” – to Saarinen’s life and career, and analyses the architectural splendour of his key works.
The book is richly illustrated with black-and-white photographs and architectural drawings.
Our copy in stock is in good condition. The pages are a bit toned, but clean. The first spreads have suffered from a water damage at some point, as they are a bit curly. The dust jacket shows some small signs of use and edge wear.
