Martin Rosswog, born 1950 in Bergisch Gladback near Cologne, studied photography at the Academy of Art in Düsseldorf under Professor Bernd Becher. For almost 20 years, he has been working on three major projects, parts of which have already found their way into book form: oirtraits of people, country interiors and exterior views. rosswog’s most recent collection “Inside Houses” presents in detailed form – with nearly 400 photographs – his observation of domestic arrangements in rural Europe for the first time. In masterly fashin, he succeeds in combining academic ethnological documentation with artistic photography.
