The Nordic House – Pohjolan talo: Alvar Aalto and Iceland – Alvar Aalto ja Islanti (The Nordic House, 1999) presents the famous cultural house completed by Alvar Aalto in 1968 in Reykjavik. The authors are Gylfi Þ. Gislason, Hjörtur Pálsson, Ilona Lehtinen, Ásdís Ólafsdóttir, Pétur H. Ármansson, Jóhanna Tryggvadóttir, and Riitta Heinämaa.
The texts are in Finnish and English. The illustration consists of photographs and architectural drawings.
The copy currently in our stock is in very good condition. The pages are clean without any markings. The glueing of the binding is fine. The covers show some minor signs of use.
