Paul Klee: Das bildnerische Denken, by Paul Klee (ed. Jürg Spiller; Schwabe & Co., 1964; 2nd ed.), is a comprehensive German-language book on Paul Klee’s artistic thinking.
The text is in German. The book is profusely illustrated with black-and-white art images, drawings and other visual examples of Klee’s art.
Our copy is in nice condition. The actual book is fine: the pages are clean, no markings except for some markings on the last flyleaf. The binding is fine. The dust jacket shows considerable wear, however. The white areas are slightly stained; there are a couple of small tears; and the surface shows edge wear, shelf wear, and use.
