Wohnmodelle Bayern – Kostengüstiger Wohnungsbau (Callwey, 1999) presents modern Bavarian designs for cost-effective housing architecture. The book has been compiled by Gunter Maurer, Doris Schmidt-Hammer, Elmar Dittmann, and Sigrid Dittmann-Hotop. The included projects are located all over Germany, and they feature solutions for smaller residential units to larger housing complexes.
The text is in German. The book is richly illustrated with colour photographs and architectural drawings of the presented projects.
