Happy Monday from the grassroot level 03.10.2016
I’m celebrating the most beautiful autumn ever in my lifetime in Helsinki. And yes, I’m also celebrating one huge milestone in the development of our online architecture bookstore here at bookm-ark.fi. The shop is now live, and my team and I are all over the moon as we really like the look and feel of it. I hope you like it as well, and that we can together develop this into your number one, trustworthy marketplace to buy and sell architecture books especially from the Finnish viewpoint.
Speaking of books, we decided to open the shop despite the still minuscule size of our current online catalogue. Our back office (read: me, myself and I) is not functioning very efficiently at the moment. There are plenty of titles to be included in the stock, and there’s plenty to come thanks to our great collaborators at Rakennustieto Publishing and Museum of Finnish Architecture, to name a few at this point.
Please let us know if you find something is not working properly, or if you have an idea how to improve things around our site. Cheers to you all!
PS. Almost forgot: Happy World Architecture Day 2016!
