The first days of the new year have brought an extreme weather to Helsinki. The cold record snapped -41.7°C in Lapland yesterday; here in the south it’s been around -20°C and windy. This January has also brought about an incentive to update our services. From the 15th of January 2017 onwards, we’ll apply new Terms & Conditions to our sales. Here’s a quick summary of the changes (In Finnish: below).

New Terms & Conditions in 15 January 2017

Summary of the new features and changes:

  • From 15 January 2017 onwards, we sell our products also to businesses registered in Finland.
  • Our banking service provider Holvi Payment Services Ltd has new FI account numbers and a new BIC FI code HOLVFIHH; we’ll update this information to our data;
  • We offer a new courier delivery option to business addresses within the greater Helsinki area (Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, Vantaa) priced at 28 €;
  • We must raise our international shipping fees. Our new shipping fees are:
    • The shipping address is in Europe: 16 € (incl. VAT 24% 3.10 €) / order.
    • The shipping address is outside Europe: 22 € (VAT 0%) / order.
  • We will offer free shipping for all orders over 100 € during 2017, the Finland 100 jubilee year.
Otamme 15.1.2017 käyttöön uudet tilausehdot

Yhteenveto uudistuksista ja muutoksista:

  • Myymme 15.1.2017 alkaen tuotteitamme myös yrityksille, joiden kotipaikka on Suomi.
  • Pankkipalveluistamme vastaava Holvi on ottanut käyttöön FI-alkuiset tilinumerot sekä uuden BIC-tunnuksen HOLVFIHH; päivitämme nämä tiedot myös tilausehtoihin.
  • Tarjoamme pääkaupunkiseudulla (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen) toimiville yritysasiakkaille uutena toimitusvaihtoehtona lähettikuljetusta yritysosoitteeseen hintaan 28 €.
  • Olemme pakotettuja nostamaan kansainvälisiä toimituskuluja. Uudet toimituskulut ulkomaille ovat:
    • Tilauksen määränpää on Euroopassa: 16 € (sis ALV 24% 3,10 €) / tilaus.
    • Tilauksen määränpää on Euroopan ulkopuolella: 22 € (ALV 0%) / tilaus.
  • Tarjoamme Suomi 100 -juhlavuoden kunniaksi vuoden 2017 aikana yli 100 €:n tilaukset toimituskuluitta kaikkialle maailmaan.
